Exchange & Returns

For any returns, a legal right of withdrawal from the agreement applies as follows:

• You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
• You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.
• If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
• To exercise this right, please contact us at info@designyourposter.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 working days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order and unopened.

Before you return an item, you must indicate this to our customer service via info@designyourposter.com

*You must pay the (return) costs for returning your purchase yourself. Costs for returning your purchase will not be reimbursed by Design Your Poster.

If the item has signs of use or damage, which are caused by you having done more with the products than necessary, we may decide not to refund the full amount paid or not to accept the item back.
